Track time

Had to hit the track with the 630am CFE squad.  Though we arent much of a squad anymore.  So many people start off strong and then it just fizzles out... understandable.  It isnt easy to go out there and run intervals and still make it into the gym for strength workouts.  Anyone who does show up, I sure give them a lot of credit...

Today's CFE WOD:
8 x 300m with 2:00 rest
51-51-52-53-52-53-56-55

I have to say... there is nothing more soul-tormenting than sprinting around a track.  The pain in your lungs, your legs... knowing you have to repeat it over and over again.  Knowing you have to duplicate an effort that you believe (at the time) was everything you had... crushing. 

But afterwards, feels great.  My legs are still a lil wobbly... hope they recover in time for some back squats and cleans in a few hours.
