What the hell does it mean when you say someone is larger than life?  I never knew what that meant... larger than life.  What the eff is it to be larger than life.  After all, what can be bigger than life?  Because whatever you say is bigger, take away being ALIVE, and that thing ceases to exist. So... larger than life?  Ehhhhhhhhh not such a good cliche....

... unless you are talking about Jon North. 

What is it about Jon North that leaves you saying to anyone who will listen, "Damn that dude is larger than life."?  He has a long list of accolades, but cmon he hasnt made the Olympics (YET) or anything like that.  What the hell is it?

No idea to be honest.  No idea at all.  But after following his blog and watching his videos and now finally getting to meet him, I know for sure that he is, in fact, larger than life. 

And I find myself rooting for the guy.  Not just in weightlifting but in everything.  I hope he wins a gold medal... as much as I hope 15 minutes saves him however much more money on his car insurance.  You just cant help but root for the guy... and I am definitely gonna be rooting for him.
