My my my how time flies when you are busy. I apologize for the disappearing act the last few days but things got a little hectic. But we will BACK ON TRACK now... so dont any of you 3 people who read this worry!!
Did FGB this weekend and I have to say that is a GREAT WOD that you absolutely must do with your gym or with friends. Incredible experience and I was lucky enough to do it with one of the best guys I know, my brother in law Frank. He brought a bunch of his DEA guys and we banged out some sick scores in honor of all the wounded soldiers out there. Just an all around tremendous day....
Ill keep this short for today, no lecture or anything but more juicy info to come. Including: an article how a guy escaped a terrible fire and attributes his survival skills to (gasp) CrossFit???
