I have loved Diet Coke and Coke Zero for a few years now... and have been looking for a reason to quit. I hear all the stories ("dude it causes cancer!") but nothing could deter me. But finally, after watching this video, enough is enough.... I am quitting diet soda.... forever.

Not that this video is some earth shattering discovery. It is just the straw that broke the camels back. I am DONE with soda. Who is with me????
Gonna try this from the hotel room today. Minus the pull-ups...they will have to wait till I get home. I will keep you posted. ;)

Perfect example of two people who looked at this workout and said, "screw that we cant do 100 pullups!" but then did just that... 100 pullups. If i would have told these two girls just one month ago that they would complete a workout like this, they would never have believed it... GREAT JOB GIRLS!!

ReplyDeleteRyan is exactly right there was no way I was doing this workout...but I did and when all is said and done it wasn't nearly as bad as it sounded! Don't get me a wrong "Angie" is a bit**, but it's for my own good!!
