Flexibility. We dont give enough respect to the importance of our bodies being flexible. I challenge everyone of you out there - not just Nick, Sabrina, and Laurie, because I know some day thousands will be reading this - to begin working on your mobility. Lets take our pre-workout warmups a little more serious and lets start working on your bodies during off days. Flexibility will allow us to maximize the distance we can safely move large loads, which means (as we have learned) we can INCREASE OUR INTENSITY... safely!
