Rest Day

Going to stretch when I can.  Eat what I can.  Already 12:25pm the only nutrition I have had is a protein shake with a banana and some peanut butter in it. 

Icing knee and shoulder... more mobility. 

Jerks tomorrow.  And then rowing... lots and lots of rowing.

Giddie up.
