When the workout starts to really suck... I mean REALLY suck... like to the point where you see Jesus and start thinking about how your family will miss you when you are gone, I want you to realize that THAT moment is one of the most sublime feelings a human being can ever experience. Its magic, its priceless... its beautiful. To know that we have take this body, this gift from God, and managed to push it to that point - AND BEYOND - is truly amazing.
Our bodies are like Ferraris... incredible machinese capable of tremendous things. You will never discover those tremendous things sitting on the couch or stopping your workout the moment you feel "tired".
CAN'T IS NOT A WORD WE ACCEPT.... so, as the title suggests, EMBRACE THE SUCK...
