What are we eating?

WOD:
3 rounds
90 seconds box jumps
90 seconds SDHP
90 seconds burpees
90 seconds KBS
* rest 3 minutes in between each round

Is anyone out there even attempting to eat better? Hello..... anyone?? Does anyone even know how to eat "better"? Feedback. Please.

  1. I've gone paleo and it seems to work for me (increased energy output, less of the two o'clock syndrome). The only thing I warn you about is you may feel awful (physically) when you cheat or get sidetracked.

    I'm sure you've researched it and it's really not that difficult once you find a routine of what you like to eat. If you're allergic to nuts I wound't recommend it as you find yourself eating a ton of them.

  2. its all about the paleo or zone diet (that crossfit preaches)... these two in my opinion are the most effective. keep us posted nick on how your diet goes... the best way to learn for a lot of people are to learn from others who have already blazed the trail!!
