Garbage in, garbage out

WOD:

Tabata Sit ups

If the workout seems a little on the easy side thats because: 1) nursing an arm injury 2) what i ate (and didnt eat) yesterday.
G.I.G.O. Garbage In Garbage Out. You put garbage in your body, than garbage comes out. I feel like crap right now and its already noon!!! Yesterday I consumed the following:
- 2 bowls of Special K cereal (berries and yogurt)
-2 power bars
- 2 chicken and cole slaw sandwiches
- Captain Morgan

That is all I ate all day long. That is NOT good. And today I am paying for it dearly. Not only did I eat and drink crappy stuff, I barely at anything at all!!! And I play a rugby match!!
So just remember everyone: you get out of your body what you put into it. Our diet is an integral part of our health and no longer can I (or you!) afford to ignore that. Lets all work together, support each other, and START EATING RIGHT!!
Special shout out to Nick L. who always eats well, Nicole H. is starting a cleanse and quitting bad habits, and Eric G. who is kicking off his diet with the Cabbage Soup diet. GREAT JOB you guys and thanks for inspiring me!! Let us know how it goes...

  1. Day 2 of cabbage soup diet-cleanse and I want cheese and bread so badly!!
    Also my aunt was KIND enough to drop off apple strudel yesterday.. It is calling me to the fridge... I just keep looking at it. Eric and I will keep you posted!
