I realized that it makes more sense to title my entries with whatever workout i am going to log... this way when i go back to compare or get an idea of where i should be, i dont have to read through every single entry.
today was just an endurance day... no lifting. give my elbow a break. although having to demo rope climbs cold doesnt feel very nice....

Need to learn to come out harder... seems to be a reoccurring problem for me.
US women just beat Japan in the finals.... i was rooting for Japan. Say something.
