CrossFit keeps the world spinning

Today is supposed to be an off day.  But I really want to do today's WOD.  I know my body needs the day off but I really want to do the WOD.  And it made me realize that what a friend said to me was true: I dont do CrossFit because I want to be fit or sustain some longterm health benefits.  I just flat out LOVE doing it.  I look forward to that pre-WOD nervousness and that feeling in the middle of the WOD when your body is pleading with you to stop but you refuse.  The battle rages on and sometimes you overcome and sometimes you dont.  Its the times that you dont that drive you and push you to do better next time.  And you immediately cant wait to do another workout and you hate your body for failing on you and you hate there are only 24 hours in a day and 7 days a week for you to squeeze in WODs 3 days on / 1 day off. 

I love CrossFit.  And it definitely keeps my world spinning.
