Track your OWN progres

WOD:
25 burpees
200m run
20 BW deadlifts
200m run
40 KBS swings 52/26 lbs
200m run
60 situps
25 burpees


Lesson to all of you CFers out there... dont rely on anyone else to keep your progress. Not your coach, not your trainer, NO ONE!! YOU DO IT! Keep a log, a journal, whatever you have to do... and start making some progress NOW. If you are always relying on someone else to reach your goals, you will never make it. Track your own progress and get excited EVERY day about what you are going to do to make yourself better and help you get closer to achieving ALL of your goals.
